The six planners you see below have all fostered the attitude of 'community over competition' for years in our own businesses, supporting each other and even sometimes working side by side at events. We are all confident in both our own differing styles, while still knowing that any one of us would bring a couple's wedding to life with integrity, joy and the professional competence that comes from a combined 35+ years of experience
Welcome to the Los Angeles Small Wedding Collective, a group of wedding planners + professionals working across Southern California! We may have to hit pause on the traditional way of getting married but that doesn't mean you shouldn't still celebrate your marriage. Together as a community, we've come together to provide couples with a stress free, chic and safe way to get married in style. Focusing on community in a time when that is most needed, our mission in starting this was to put our collective experience to work and make our industry stronger.

Fun-loving, creative, with a little southern charm ERIKA BOWERS has been planning creative and unique wedding experiences for over 15 years. As an accountant by trade, Erika loves pairing her fun and crazy side with her analytical side to provide clients with an overall well rounded planning experience. Erika is known for her attention to detail and loves to make one-of-a-kind celebrations that feel unique and relevant to her couples.
RENEE DALO has been called "the no-nonsense Mary Poppins of Wedding Planning", and honestly? It fits. With a background in professional theatre and fine dining, Renee brings a theatrical flair & obsessive attention to detail to all her events. Renee excels at effortlessly elegant weddings that feel exactly like you. Since 2013, she has been helping creative couples in love tell their story through their wedding day with a lot of moxie and spoonful of humor.
With a background in catering sales and venue management, MICHELLE CASTILLO has thousands of events under her belt. From corporate events, galas, marathons, press events, and weddings, she’s planned social gatherings in some of California’s most premiere properties; from Pelican Hill to The Montages and Ritz Carltons and even in stadiums, there isn’t an environment her team can’t produce in or culture she isn’t familiar with.

Story teller. Straight shooter. Spirit lifter. Since 2011, MARGAUX FRAISE has been planning authentic weddings large and small under her company Harmony Creative Studio. A former Retail Marketing Consultant for brands like Nike, Lucky Brand and Ben Sherman, she brings a unique perspective to her events. Known for her minimal and organic design aesthetic, the weddings feel personal and intentional for each couple she helps down the aisle.
Don't let the name fool you, HOLLY GRAY is anything but gray! Since 2012, Anything But Gray Events has been planning and designing colorfully creative events in Southern California. Holly, a Los Angeles native and second-generation wedding planner is inspired by the cultural and historical melting pot that is the city of angels. Known for her bold use of color and non-traditional design aesthetic, Anything But Gray Events weddings feels as unique and one-of-a-kind as the couples they showcase.
